My husband and I just came in yesterday and purchased a 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser. We were really impressed with Tammy, in the Finance department, and how she handled our situation. We were a little hesitant with submitting a credit application considering our credit history, but Tammy not only got us pre-approved for the vehicle we wanted, but also fought to give us the best interest rate possible. She was very pleasant to deal with and understanding when it came to our budget. Tammy made the whole situation as painless as possible, calling in favors when she found out I didn't have a license. I was so thrilled with the outcome that I actually left the dealership, in my new car, with happy tears. Overall, we just want to say thank-you so much Tammy and Alex for everything! I bought a KIA SPORTAGE from your dealership in 2009. I also paid for extra coverage for, what I believe was called, the SMART protection (or something like that). Last Fall I made an appointment with the owner of that company and he came to your dealership address and did the touch-ups I required.I was very pleased with this service, and now my car still looks like new!
