Sheldon, Jeff, and Tanya (service team) at Sherwood Kia have earned my business moving forward. The team there is nothing short of excellent. Multiple Kia dealerships around Edmonton refused to work with me on a warranty claim, but these 3 fought for the claim that was ultimately covered by Kia. For that reason, I’ll will happily drive 60min (1-way) to give them all my service business. My only critiques is that communication was infrequent (albeit they are seemingly very busy), I had to pay for my own rental vehicle while mine was in the shop for 3 days, and when I was there for the original maintenance service they did not complete a car wash which was included in the package. Other than that, this dealership is one of the good ones!
