We are currently looking to fill a Part Time Receptionist position for our Automotive Group.
The position is Monday to Friday (2:00 pm – 6:00pm) + Saturday (8:00am – 4:00pm) as a Service Receptionist. (28 hours)
We are also looking to fill a temporary Sales Reception position from May – the end of August 2017. The position is Sunday (11:00am – 5:00pm) (6 hours)
The duties include (but are not limited to) the following:
-Booking Service Appointments
-Fielding Customer Inquiries
-Service Work Order Filing
-Interacting with staff (Lot Attendants + Service & Parts Advisors, Service Manager)
-Making Reminder Appointment Calls
-Processing Customer Payments (via POS machine – Visa, Debit, Master Card)
-Closing Service Work Orders
-Sending missed calls by email
-Stocking in new and used vehicles
-Activating trades into CT Wizard
-Making pouches for new vehicles
-Updating daily call log
-Logging all sales calls
-Updating airport shuttle log
-Booking airport shuttles
-Po’s (payment on account)
-Restocking and cleaning the coffee area
-Taking deposits/refunds via POS machine + recording the transactions on receipts
-Making file folders
-Cheque requisitions for dealer trades
-Tracking down cheques for outgoing dealer trades
Wage is dependent upon skill set, knowledge of programs (CT Wizard, ADP, Word, Excel) and prior experience on the phone.
The dealership is located in Richmond and is accessible by public transportation.
We are looking for individuals that are reliable, hard working and be able to work well under pressure, as both dealerships are high volume.
